Your Rights, Responsibilities & Our Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "z288" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the website z288.bid and all associated services, games, and platforms offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any z288 service in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered z288 user account, denominated in PKR, through which a Player accesses all z288 services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, and ancillary services provided by z288 through the z288.bid website and any associated mobile access point.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's z288 account at any given time, including any real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance subject to the bonus terms herein.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by z288 prior to processing any withdrawal from a Player's account.

By registering a z288 account, accessing any z288 service, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the z288 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the z288 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms associated with promotions you participate in.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease use of all z288 services and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time of use, including any subsequent amendments published by z288 in accordance with Clause 14.

To register and maintain a z288 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. z288 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement across all services without exception.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are the sole beneficial owner of the account and any funds deposited therein.
• You do not currently hold any other account at z288. Each individual is entitled to maintain only one active account. Duplicate registration is strictly prohibited.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or account suspension currently in effect at z288, whether self-imposed or operator-imposed.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.
• You have not been previously excluded from z288 or had an account closed by z288 for breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

z288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your z288 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. z288 will never request your password through any channel — including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify z288 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or that you have received suspicious communications purporting to be from z288. z288 is not liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

• Do not share your z288 password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a unique password not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number where available.
• Log out of your z288 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All z288 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z288 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. z288 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment channels.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder. z288 reserves the right to require KYC verification — including CNIC and proof of payment method ownership — prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the Payment Methods section of the platform, subject to verification requirements.

z288 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal amount relates to bonus funds not yet meeting applicable wagering requirements. In such cases, z288 will notify the affected account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the concern before a final determination is made.

z288 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and other incentive programmes to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and validity periods. These offer-specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the account holder for whom the promotion is intended and may not be transferred to any other account.
• z288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of bonuses already claimed by eligible players at the time of any modification.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts, structured wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure.

All casino games, live dealer games, slot games, poker, and instant games available on the z288 platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to the specific game outcome in question.

All game outcomes at z288 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by recognised international testing bodies. z288 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.

Sports betting at z288 — including cricket (PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and other available markets — is subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and the bet receipt is issued. Quoted odds prior to confirmation do not constitute a binding offer from z288.
• z288 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on an event whose result is already known, where the odds quoted were manifestly in error, or where the bet relates to a market that was suspended at the time of placement but placed in error due to a technical fault.
• In-play betting odds and markets are updated in real time. z288 accepts no responsibility for bets placed during brief periods where odds are temporarily unavailable due to data feed latency.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and account, as detailed in the sportsbook terms. z288 reserves the right to limit the size of any individual bet at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z288 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to access z288 services, place bets, or interact with any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties designed to gain an unfair advantage over z288 or other players, including chip dumping in poker.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical vulnerability discovered in the z288 platform. Any such discovery must be reported to z288 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. z288 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.
• Registering more than one account or using the platform on behalf of any other person.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.

z288 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. z288 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible through your account settings at any time after completing z288 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period before taking effect.

No part of the z288 platform may be reproduced, copied, published, distributed, or used in any commercial manner without the express prior written consent of z288.

z288 grants each registered account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z288 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any z288 content or software.

z288 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z288 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from any security vulnerabilities. z288 makes no warranty as to the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its function as an online gaming and betting service.

z288's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of z288 services shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's z288 account at the time the claim arises. z288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.

Either party may close a z288 account at any time. A player wishing to close their account should contact z288 support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and the settlement of any outstanding bets or game rounds.

z288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where z288 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used in connection with any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Closure is required by law, regulatory direction, or any order of a competent court or authority.

z288 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, z288 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms at z288.bid/terms-conditions and, where practicable, notifying registered account holders via their registered contact information.

Continued use of any z288 service following the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using z288 services and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document and in the page header above.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the operational framework under which z288 is licensed. Any dispute arising between z288 and a player shall first be subject to z288's internal dispute resolution process, which may be initiated by contacting z288 support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed matter.

z288 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If an internal resolution is not achievable to the satisfaction of both parties within a reasonable period, z288 will direct the player to the appropriate external dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable licensing framework.

The English-language version of these Terms and Conditions is the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
